Glimpses of Rajasthan Film Festival 2024

Cinema, culture, and celebration came together in a magnificent style as the Rajasthan Film Festival 2025 took place on 20th September in Jaipur. The prestigious event welcomed renowned personalities from the film fraternity and highlighted the remarkable achievements of regional cinema through an evening filled with awards, performances, and inspiring moments.
The event commenced with an engaging talk show, in which topics including regional cinema’s future, international recognition, and OTT platform were discussed. Chunky Pandey, Sumit Vyas, Dilip Sen, Sai Kabeer, OTT platform Stage’s producers and nominated artists representing their region participated.
The night of the 13th Rajasthan Film Festival was hosted by Chunky Pandey, Daisy Shah and Sumit Vyas. This year, 14 movies from 9 states were nominated in the other regional category while 8 movies were nominated in the Rajasthani cinema category.
Writer and Director Sai Kabeer, graced this year’s festival as a prestigious Jury member.
The Lifetime Achievement Award of the RFF 2025 was conferred upon the renowned music director Mr. Dilip Sen.
The evening came alive with the rich essence of Rajasthani culture and heritage as the audience enjoyed a series of mesmerizing performances by Melvin Louis, Charu Asopa, Ajit Singh Tanwar, Moti Khan, Meenakshi Goswami Kommalkora, and Krishna Soni.
The Rajasthan Film Festival 2025 continued its commitment to celebrating and appreciating the artists, filmmakers, and creative minds who have played a significant role in enriching Rajasthan’s film industry.Hukum emerged as the Best Film in the Rajasthani cinema category, while Saala secured the top honour in the Other Regional Film category for its impressive cinematic storytelling, earning recognition for its outstanding cinematic excellence.
